Delete your WowScore account
You can delete your WowScore account and the data linked to it at any time, either from the app or by contacting us.
1. Option 1: Delete from the app
- Open the WowScore app and log in with your mobile number and OTP.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Help & Support.
- Tap Delete account.
- Choose a reason under “Why are you leaving?” (optional).
- Tick “I understand that this cannot be undone.”
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted right away and you’ll be logged out.
2. Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@wowscore.ai from any address with:
- Subject: Delete my WowScore account
- Your registered mobile number
We’ll confirm the request with an OTP to that number and delete your account within 30 days. We’ll email you once it’s done.
3. What we delete
- Your profile: name, email, date of birth, gender, address and pincode
- Employment type, monthly income and EMI details
- Your credit score, credit report history and score insights
- Spend Analysis data, including the transactional SMS data we processed
- Your app preferences and saved settings
4. What we keep, and for how long
Some records must be kept by law, even after your account is deleted:

We don’t use this data for anything else. It is deleted securely once the retention period ends.
